What is the lease term?
Typically they are year long leases with automatic renewal each year. A 90 day notice is needed if you do not intend to renew another year.
What is included with rent?
Tenants are responsible for paying all utilities including water/sewer/electric/gas/internet. There is some off-street parking, which is first come, first serve.
